I love living in Devon. For me it’s got the greatest coastline in all of Europe. Essential to my landscape painting is the light that spills out across the sea. Not to mention the weather patterns that roll in from out over the Atlantic.

I love the smell of the air, so crisp and fresh. And walking along the coastline makes me feel energised and alive. This is what I strive to capture in my artwork, and I’m sure these are feelings that we all experience and that we all try to articulate in one way or another.
